About
The Diana Award is a charity set up in memory of Princess Diana to continue her work dedicated to improving the lives of young people.
Anti-Bullying Program from The Diana Award raises awareness of bullying behaviour and supports schools and young people to tackle it across the UK and beyond.
My Role
I led the design and development of Anti-Bullying Pro — an online resource and support center for young people, parents/carers, and educators to access information, activities, and educational resources to prevent and tackle bullying behavior and support those experiencing it.
Website
Onboarding
Anti-Bullying Pro has a wide variety of informational products and offerings which might create numerous usability and activation risks. I implemented onboarding funnels tailored to specific user segments, conducting and evaluating experiments to ensure effective activation of existing features and seamless content discovery.
Content Discovery and Smart Search
To make the program available globally, I worked with Anti-Bullying Trainers and Educators to design and develop bespoke online resources. Addressing the challenge of numerous topics, different use cases, and multiple user segments, I implemented custom filters and a smart search function to make it easy to find a relevant resource.
Donations
Collecting donations to fund a program further is a top-priority task for any non-profit. I delivered the implementation of a fundraising engine that allowed 4x faster checkout and reduced donor drop-off.
